Acentecom is seeking a Creative Strategist to own creative performance from audience insight through concept development, testing, and optimization in a hands-on, data-driven role. • Experience in direct-response marketing and paid social.
• Ability to translate audience insights into creative opportunities.
• Hands-on with testing frameworks and analytics.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of audiences and translate into creative opportunities.
• Build and evolve pipeline of concepts, hooks, angles, personas, and messaging frameworks.
• Own creative performance analysis across paid social (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
• Create structured testing frameworks and isolate variables.
• Identify and scale winning creative patterns and new hypotheses.
• Collaborate with media buying, CRO, Copywriting, Video Editing, and creative teams.
• Guide video editors with strategic direction and feedback.
• Turn research and data into actionable recommendations.
