Humankind Global Recruitment seeks an End User Support Specialist (level 2) for Madrid, on-site for a 12-month contract. You will own support tickets end-to-end and maintain endpoint, meeting room, and workplace tech across offices, ensuring JML processes align with SLA boundaries.

You will also contribute to process improvements and identify automation opportunities to enhance end-user experience and consistency.

Formación

• Previous experience in a similar IT Support role (level 2).
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS; Linux system experience would be advantageous.
• Strong MDM experience - preferably ManageEngine Endpoint Central.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a track record of ownership and delivering high-level support.

Responsabilidades

• Own support ticket cases end-to-end.
• Maintain endpoint, meeting room and workplace technologies across supported offices and locations.
• Ensure joiner, mover, leaver (JML) activities are completed in line with processes and SLA boundaries.
• Support on projects to improve processes and identify automation opportunities.
