Job summary

Brightsmith is seeking a Construction Director to lead delivery of data centre projects, coordinating the site team, PMO, general contractor and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

You will oversee civil and MEP workstreams through commissioning and handover, maintain strict safety standards and report progress to senior leadership, drawing on a track record of large-scale data centre or industrial infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centres, energy or complex industrial infrastructure.
• Strong contractor management and commercial delivery capabilities.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across civil and MEP workstreams.
