Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Construction Site Coordinator to support project delivery and commissioning on site in Madrid. You will work with a project delivery team to schedule, organise, and track activities, ensuring dependencies are unblocked and documented for the client and team.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will coordinate with subcontractors, manage meetings, and drive QA and H&S compliance while maintaining accurate progress updates and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English are mandatory.
• Highly organized with excellent time management, planning and communication skills.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Experience with MS Project or Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site-based activities with the Project Manager, logistics, subcontractors, service and client.
• Maintain and update schedules as required.
• Report problems/risks to the Project Manager and track actions.
• Attend meetings, take notes, and share information with the team and client.
• Arrange subcontractors and delivery teams as required and ensure QA issues are raised.
