Job summary

A&O IT Group is seeking a customer-focused On-Site AV Support Technician to oversee and troubleshoot our corporate office AV systems in Barcelona. You will be the primary contact for hybrid meeting rooms, events, and daily collaboration tech, ensuring seamless audio, video, and presentation experiences for all staff.

You will perform pre-event checks, live support, and routine room sweeps while maintaining system stability and simple end-user guides for self-service spaces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with major enterprise video conferencing platforms and room systems.
• Familiarity with hybrid meeting room workflows and unified communications setup.
• Hands-on ability to diagnose and resolve AV hardware/software issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on pre-meeting checks and live technical support for town halls and video conferences.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and room control issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine sweeps across meeting rooms to verify equipment performance and cabling.
• Configure and manage AV systems, display feeds, and wireless screen-sharing solutions.
• Track AV assets, log service requests, and liaise with vendors and IT teams for maintenance.
