Job summary

Cenero is seeking an On-Site AV Service Engineer to provide daily on-site support of audiovisual, IT, and related systems at client locations in this role. You will diagnose, repair, configure, and deploy equipment, while delivering exceptional end-user support and professional service.

Ideal candidates have strong AV system knowledge, experience with video conferencing, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2+ years of customer service or 5+ years AV service experience.
• Detailed working knowledge of audiovisual systems including control systems, touch screens, switchers, projectors, displays, mics and amps.
• Experience terminating AV cabling (CAT, BNC, XLR).
• Knowledge of video & audio conferencing systems (Polycom, Biamp, QSC).
• Working knowledge of AV control systems (Crestron & AMX).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support of AV, videoconferencing and IT systems.
• Diagnose, adjust, repair and elevate AV and IT systems.
• Configure and deploy equipment for various applications.
• Provide end-user support and meeting assistance.
• Maintain professional client relations and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Coordinate new projects and attend project meetings representing Cenero.
• Act as quality control inspector ensuring design specs are met.
