GLAS is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist in Madrid to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and provide ongoing support to management. The role requires excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders and a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, coordinating travel, supporting onboarding with IT and HR, maintaining visitor logs and office supplies, and aligning location processes with GLAS's global

The purpose of this Office Assistant / Receptionist role is to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and to provide ongoing support to management. This role calls for superior communication skills to effectively maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A high level of confidentiality and discretion is required in this position.
