OVRSEA is seeking an Operations Intern in Barcelona to coordinate international transport and support a diverse portfolio of clients. You will manage service providers, track shipment progress, and guide customers through challenges with a focus on high-quality service.

You will work closely with the Operations Team, gaining exposure to air, sea, road, and rail logistics, while improving processes and learning our Transport Academy program. Fluency in Spanish is required, English appreciated.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Fluent in Spanish; good English level appreciated.
• Interest in transport industry and startup environment.
• Able to handle challenging situations with initiative.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate international transport operations (air, sea, road and rail).
• Support a portfolio of customers and manage service providers (agents, carriers, customs brokers).
• Advise customers and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop supplier relationships and refine operational strategies.
