Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) en Madrid busca un Especialista en Gestión del Cambio para liderar iniciativas de adopción y comunicación, coordinando con equipos de producto y plataforma para alinear objetivos y necesidades de usuarios. Se valorará experiencia en entornos empresariales complejos y fluidez en inglés.

La posición es híbrida (60% remoto) con contrato indefinido y un paquete de beneficios competitivos, incluidas opciones de trabajo desde casa y planes de desarrollo profesional.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar iniciativas de gestión del cambio organizacional para transformar plataformas y asegurar adopción de nuevas herramientas y procesos.
• Diseñar y ejecutar estrategias de comunicación: anuncios de lanzamiento, actualizaciones de roadmaps y campañas para impulsar adopción.
• Colaborar con stakeholders, equipos de producto y plataformas para alinear iniciativas con objetivos de negocio y necesidades de usuarios.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Lead organizational change management initiatives to support platform transformations, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, processes, and standardized ways of working.
• Develop and execute communication strategies, including release announcements, roadmap updates, newsletters, and awareness campaigns to drive engagement and adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders, product teams, and platform engineering teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and user needs.
• Collect, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable insights, helping prioritize improvements and enhance the overall platform experience.
• Design and deliver onboarding, enablement, and training programs that empower users to effectively leverage platform services and capabilities.
• Foster and manage internal communities through events, workshops, hackathons, office hours, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen user engagement and platform advocacy.

• Years' experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), driving user adoption, engagement, and communication initiatives across complex enterprise environments.
