3530 Kyndryl España, S.A.U. está diseñando e implantando capacidades de observabilidad para clientes y servicios TI, con visibilidad de infraestructuras, aplicaciones y procesos de negocio para prever problemas y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

El rol requiere al menos 3 años de experiencia en observabilidad y experiencia con herramientas como Zabbix, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace y Datadog dentro de una cultura hybrid-friendly.

Formación

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en herramientas de Observabilidad.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de eventos: IBM Netcool Omnibus e IBM Netcool Impact.
• Experiencia con herramientas de monitorización: Zabbix, ScienceLogic, Nagios y Grafana.
• Conocimientos de observabilidad FullStack (APM) y stack ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Experiencia con plataformas de monitoreo y observabilidad como Dynatrace y Datadog.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar, implantar, operar y evolucionar las capacidades de observabilidad de clientes y servicios TI.
• Proporcionar visibilidad extremo a extremo sobre infraestructuras, aplicaciones y procesos de negocio para anticipar problemas.
• Reducir tiempos de resolución y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
