La función implica monitorizar infraestructuras, aplicaciones y procesos de negocio, detectar incidencias de forma temprana y contribuir a la disponibilidad de servicios mediante mejoras continuas. Se valora formación en informática y experiencia en herramientas de monitorización; se busca capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y orientación al cliente.

Formación

• Formación en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o discipl ines afines.
• Interés por tecnologías de monitorización, observabilidad y operaciones TI.
• Capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y orientación al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Operación y supervisión de plataformas de monitorización y gestión de eventos.
• Análisis inicial de alertas e incidencias y escalado a niveles superiores cuando sea necesario.
• Ejecución de tareas operativas y procedimientos documentados.
• Colaboración en la implantación de nuevas monitorizaciones y mejoras de observabilidad.
• Elaboración y actualización de documentación técnica y procedimientos.
• Participación en actividades de mejora continua y automatización básica.

The Role

Participar en la implantación, operación y soporte de las capacidades de observabilidad de clientes y servicios TI, colaborando en la monitorización de infraestructuras, aplicaciones y procesos de negocio para contribuir a la detección temprana de incidencias, reducir tiempos de resolución y mejorar la disponibilidad de los servicios.

Responsabilidades principales

• Operación y supervisión de plataformas de monitorización y gestión de eventos.
• Análisis inicial de alertas e incidencias y escalado a niveles superiores cuando sea necesario.
• Ejecución de tareas operativas y procedimientos documentados.

Who You Are

Formación en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o disciplinas afines. Interés por las tecnologías de monitorización, observabilidad y operaciones TI. Capacidad de aprendizaje, trabajo en equipo y orientación al cliente. Nivel básico de administración de sistemas Linux y/o Windows. Conocimientos básicos de redes, protocolos y arquitecturas TI.
