Kyndryl busca un/a AWS Cloud Engineer (Mid‑Senior) para la operación y soporte avanzado de plataformas AWS en entornos empresariales. Formará parte del equipo CloudOps, participando en la estabilización de servicios y automatización progresiva.

Se valorará experiencia en operación Cloud, capacidad de resolver incidencias complejas y documentación de la operativa. Se ofrece entorno híbrido y oportunidades de crecimiento.

Formación

• Experiencia práctica en AWS: EC2, VPC, S3 e IAM.
• Experiencia en CloudOps / Operación N2 / Soporte avanzado.
• Conocimientos de Terraform (uso y mantenimiento).
• Automatización básica con Python, Bash o scripting similar.
• Uso de Git y pipelines CI/CD.
• Familiaridad con procesos ITSM.

Responsabilidades

• Resolución de incidencias y peticiones N2 en entornos AWS.
• Ejecución de cambios planificados y soporte en ventanas de mantenimiento.
• Soporte en RCA de problemas recurrentes junto a perfiles senior.
• Administración de servicios AWS: EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Load Balancers.
• Desarrollo y mantenimiento de automatizaciones básicas.
• Documentación de tareas operativas y procedimientos.
• Escalado a perfiles senior cuando sea necesario.
