Formación

• Experiencia en desarrollo, cloud, o ingeniería de sistemas en entornos empresariales.
• Capacidad para leer documentación técnica y tickets de incidencia.
• Conocimiento de plataformas Windows y Linux.

Responsabilidades

• Analizar y resolver problemas complejos a través de servidores, redes e infraestructuras.
• Diseñar e integrar soluciones de infraestructura end-to-end e híbridas.
• Colaborar con equipos y gestionar entregas de proyectos.

The Role

Responsabilidades principales

• Recepción y validación del cambio

Revisar que el cambio está correctamente documentado.

Comprobar que están definidos el alcance, la descripción y el objetivo.

Verificar que incluye un plan de implantación, rollback, pruebas y ventanas de riesgo.

Evaluación del impacto

Analizar impacto en infraestructura y aplicaciones de negocio.

Revisar si afecta a servicios críticos, horarios sensibles o dependencias.

Identificar riesgos asociados.

Coordinación con los Affected Teams

Asegurar que los equipos técnicos afectados están informados.

Validar su disponibilidad durante la implantación.

Coordinar dependencias entre torres técnicas.

Gestión del ciclo de aprobación

Elevar el cambio al comité de CAB/ECAB si procede.

Gestionar aprobaciones automáticas o manuales.

Notificar a los stakeholders.

Planificación

Asignar ventana de implantación adecuada.

Comprobar que no interfiere con congelamientos (freezers), super-free, cierres contables, etc.

Evitar solapamientos con otros cambios de riesgo.

Your role

Your expertise across networks, endpoints and mainframes, paired with a knack for logical problem-solving and clear documentation, will guide projects from concept to execution. In this role, you’ll balance hands‑on delivery with long‑term strategic planning. From analyzing issues and testing solutions to automating processes and integrating across platforms, your work will touch every layer of IT infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with Architects, Technicians and Project Managers, gaining broad exposure and continuous opportunities to grow your skills and influence.

What you will do

Analyze and Solve

• Diagnose complex issues across servers, networks, cloud environments and systems to identify root causes
• Recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility, timelines and customer priorities
• Test, refine and automate processes to improve reliability, efficiency and repeatability
• Assess risks proactively and implement strategies to prevent disruptions

Design and Integrate

• Plan end-to-end infrastructure solutions across platforms and technologies
• Integrate systems in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments to ensure seamless operation
• Automate workflows and processes to streamline delivery and reduce errors
• Document architectures and procedures for hand-offs, knowledge sharing and operational continuity

Collaborate and Deliver

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Architects, Project Managers and Technicians
• Drive project delivery from initiation to completion with attention to quality and timelines
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to customers and stakeholders
• Build customer confidence by delivering tangible, high-impact results

Grow and Advance

• Expand technical expertise across cloud platforms, enterprise IT systems and emerging technologies
• Earn certifications and qualifications while applying them on real projects
• Pursue career paths toward Architect or Distinguished Engineer roles

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

• Deep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
• Enterprise IT application experience
• Hands‑on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domain
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating System

Preferred Skills And Experience

• Familiar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and procedures
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
• Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
