Job summary

ITProposal is seeking a Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure. The role requires on-call flexibility and the ability to work across regional time zones in Ceuta and Melilla.

You will deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments, perform upgrades, troubleshoot issues, implement backup and DR solutions, and collaborate with global teams on cloud projects. Strong networking basics and scripting are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering.
• Strong experience with Nutanix stack.
• Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism).
• Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Provide on-call incident response support.
• Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain system documentation.
