ITProposal is seeking a Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure. The role requires on-call flexibility and the ability to work across regional time zones, primarily in Ceuta and Melilla.

The candidate will deploy Nutanix HCI, perform upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and implement backup/DR strategies. Strong scripting skills are a plus, with exposure to VMware/Hyper‑V and cloud platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering.
• Strong experience with Nutanix stack.
• Knowledge of VMware or Hyper‑V.
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with DR and backup tools.
• Scripting (PowerShell/Python) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

Role Overview

We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments. This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
• Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Provide on-call incident response support
• Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects
• Maintain system documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering
• Strong experience with Nutanix stack
• Knowledge of VMware or Hyper‑V

Preferred Qualifications

• Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher)
