The role focuses on delivering high-quality training programs for Instrumentation & Control systems in nuclear power plants, combining technical expertise with teaching to develop engaging materials and sessions.

The position is full-time and hybrid, reporting to the Operations and Technical Training Manager. Travel may be required to collaborate with teams in Spain and the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1+ year of experience in technical training or digital learning.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation & Control systems.
• Experience in technical training, documentation, or knowledge transfer.
• Interest in teaching and developing technical talent.
• Customer-focused mindset and collaborative approach.
• Availability for occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review technical training materials for Instrumentation & Control systems.
• Support digitalization of training programs and adapt content to new platforms.
• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and practical training sessions.
• Prepare, administer, and evaluate examinations and trainee performance.
• Apply adult learning principles to enhance retention and engagement.
• Incorporate operating experience and industry best practices into programs.
• Maintain training records in learning management systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams for content accuracy.
• Support qualification programs and workforce development plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and processes.
• Provide technical expertise to partners and customers.
