Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Spain is seeking an Operations Instructor to support the SAT-based training programs for power plant personnel. The role is full-time with hybrid facial-to-face work and reporting to the training school supervisor at the Garoña site in Burgos.

The candidate will progress from instructor-in-training for BWR technology to full instructor, overseeing initial and retraining courses across classroom, simulator, and plant environments, with LMS management

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, chemistry or related field.
• Located in Garoña or nearby.
• Fluent in Spanish and English level above B1.
• Pedagogical capacity for training.
• Driver's license and own vehicle.

Mansioni

• During the initial training period, you will be qualified as an Operations Instructor for BWR technology plants.
• Once qualified, you will work as an Operations Instructor.
• Participate in all stages of the SAT process, including analysis and evaluation.
• Manage the initial and retraining courses for staff of the Garoña nuclear power plant across environments (classroom, simulator, plant).
• Perform training tasks and operational consulting and technical support for power generation plants.
• Design, implement and evaluate sessions for initial training courses for plant personnel.
• Participate in LMS student and course management.
