Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Madrid is seeking a Junior I&C Training Instructor to develop and deliver high-quality training on Instrumentation & Control systems for nuclear plants. The role combines classroom, lab, and practical sessions with an emphasis on digital learning tools and exams.

You will report to the Operations and Technical Training Manager from our Madrid HQ, collaborating with teams in Spain and the US. This is a hybrid role with on-site and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 1+ year in technical training or digital learning.
• Knowledge of Instrumentation & Control systems.
• Willingness for occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review training materials for Instrumentation & Control systems.
• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and practical training sessions.
• Prepare and evaluate examinations and trainee performance.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure content accuracy.
• Maintain training records in learning management systems.
• Support modernization of training programs and digital tools.
