Descripción de la vacante

Semidynamics, a Barcelona-based deep-tech company, seeks an NPI Operations Manager to own end-to-end readiness for AI inference system-level products. You’ll unify plans across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and service to deliver on-time launches in a cross-functional environment.

You will identify risks, drive follow-ups, and provide executives with clear dashboards. The role emphasizes collaboration over ownership, with travel to partner and manufacturing sites as needed.

Formación

• Over 10 years in technology with 5+ years in NPI/ops program management or cross-functional roles.
• Proven track record delivering complex hardware products through to volume production.
• Strong ops background in component supply, PCA manufacturing, systems production and service.
• Experience mapping schedules, dependencies and readiness across multiple functions in a matrix org.
• Experience with external suppliers/manufacturing partners, ideally international (Asia-Pacific).
• Experience designing or improving stage-gate NPI processes; fast-growing environments are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain the integrated NPI readiness schedule and cross-functional dependencies.
• Map end-to-end NPI process: stages, gates, hand-offs, readiness criteria, and RACI.
• Integrate readiness across electronics, PCA, systems, manufacturing, logistics and service.
• Identify risks and gaps early; drive follow-up and escalate when needed.
• Prepare readiness and phase-gate reviews with consolidated, objective information.
• Maintain cross-functional risk/issue/dependency log with clear owners.
