iPronics is seeking a Senior NPI Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the introduction of silicon photonics based modules. You will manage supply chain readiness, BOM resiliency, and collaboration with internal teams, CMOs, and OSAT partners to meet schedule, cost, and ramp requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in NPI or supply chain in semiconductor/photonics, strong cross-functional skills, and experience with BOM management and ERP systems.

Formación

• 8+ years proven experience in NPI and/or supply chain management in semiconductor/photonics.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with BOM management and ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure supply chain readiness and BOM resiliency for SiPh modules from pre-concept to production.
• Coordinate development, OSATs, and contract manufacturers to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Plan materials sourcing, procurement, shipping, inventory control, and projections.
• Lead BOM release processes and revision control with suppliers and CMOs.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure BOM accuracy across product lifecycle.
• Travel to OSAT sites to coordinate process development and ramps.
• Manage risk, DFMEA/PFMEA, and supplier quality activities.
