A leading pharmaceutical company in Madrid is looking for a Launch Specialist for New Product Introduction (NPI). In this role, you will coordinate all key functions to ensure successful product launches in line with quality and cost standards. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry and possess strong organizational and communication skills. You'll be part of a dynamic international environment with opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated sectors.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of technology transfer processes, quality assurance, and supply chain.
• High level of English (minimum B2); other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain launch plans for new products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely execution of launch activities.
• Lead follow-up meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for clients for assigned launches.
• Proactively identify risks and propose mitigation plans.
• Manage documentation and ensure data accuracy in the launch database.
