WW Talents is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects from Greece. Working location is Greece with remote work within the country.

The role includes paid training, onboarding support, and potential career paths across mentoring, QA, or specialized support. You will provide customer support via phone, email, and chat; assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, and returns; troubleshoot basic issues; and maintain CRM records.

Competenze

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian
• B2–C1 level of English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools

Mansioni

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
