Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to join our remote team supporting projects across international clients. The role is fully remote and based in Greece, with expectations to work Monday–Friday and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and payments, and maintain CRM records. The package includes €1,300 gross per month (paid over 14 months) plus a performance bonus up to

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian is required.
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, and returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
