Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agents to support international projects. The role is fully remote within Greece and requires C1/C2 Norwegian and C1 English depending on the project.

You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and returns, and maintain CRM records. The position includes supervised training, onboarding, and opportunities for professional growth in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Norwegian required.

We are looking for Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agents in Greece supporting customers across various international projects.Working Location: Greece. This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.Work Model: RemoteLanguage: Norwegian – C1/C2 levelEnglish: B2–C1, depending on the projectCompensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months) + performance-based bonus of up to 20% of the salary/month, depending on the projectRelocation Package: 4 weeks hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency feeWorking Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
