Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assisting with orders and payments, and maintaining CRM records while delivering high-quality, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Norwegian language at C1/C2 level.
• English at B2–C1 depending on project.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
