Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Danish-speaking Client Service Advisors to support international projects from Greece. This remote role requires eligibility to work in Greece, with remote work fully in Greece and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, manage orders and payments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain CRM records while delivering professional support across projects.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Danish
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with products, orders, payments, deliveries, warranties, or returns.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and provide effective solutions.
• Handle complaints and elevate complex cases when needed.
• Manage customer cases and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide timely updates and deliver professional, customer-focused support.
