Qualifications

• Proficiency in Norwegian, English and Spanish.
• At least three years’ experience in customer service or similar role.
• Based in Spain with ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and support requests professionally.
• Record, update and follow up on tickets in ServiceNow.
• Support English-language queues when required.
• Communicate in English with the Norway team and in Spanish with colleagues in Spain.
• Follow established processes and escalate requests when needed.
