Bcrecruitment in Benalmádena, Spain, is hiring a Customer Advisor to support customers of an international online bank. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and live chat, using the right tools to deliver accurate answers in Norwegian.

You must be fluent in Norwegian and English, and be prepared to work on-site at the start with a switch to hybrid later. Relocation support is available, and the role offers €20,400 gross per year plus a monthly bonus.

Formación

• Native or fluent Norwegian (C1+) and good English (B2+), spoken and written
• Customer-service or banking-oriented profile
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on-site at the start (hybrid afterwards)

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming Norwegian customer contacts by phone, email and live chat
• Understand each customer's need and give accurate, complete answers using the right tools
