Concentrix Spain in Málaga is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Bank Norwegian to provide outstanding customer service via email and calls. The role is hybrid, based in Benalmádena, and requires bilingual Danish and advanced English with readiness to follow bank processes and guidelines.

You will be part of a team delivering support for digital banking products, with full training provided and a clear path for growth within the company.

Formación

• Danish proficiency at a proficient or bilingual level and English at an advanced level.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Good communication, written and listening skills.

• Answer customer inquiries via email and telephone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Make customers feel safe and welcome when interacting with us.
