A specialist European contractor is seeking a Commercial Manager to oversee commercial performance across multiple live projects in the Nordic region. This remote role requires a strong background in managing large construction projects, with around 50% travel to sites in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. Ideal candidates should have experience in hyperscale environments and be comfortable with high-intensity commercial management. Applicants must have the right to work across Europe and reside in designated countries.

Formación

• Strong commercial management background within construction.
• Experience on hyperscale or technically complex projects.
• EU work eligibility required.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day commercial management across assigned projects.
• Client and supply chain valuations.
• Subcontract preparation and labour agreements.
• Change management processes.
• Procurement support and contractor selection.
• Final accounts and reconciliations.
• CVRs, forecasting, and cashflow management.

Conocimientos

Strong commercial management background within construction

Proficiency with Google Sheets
