ICDS RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS LTD's client seeks a Director of Construction & Country Manager to lead major datacentre build projects across Spain, Sweden & Finland. The role offers an executive package with long-term incentives and travel to European sites, in an English‑speaking environment.

The position provides full P&L responsibility, substantial bonus potential, and a strategic leadership role reporting to the CEO/Board as the company expands its hyperscale footprint.

Formación

• Senior-level Construction/MEP leader with proven track record.
• Experience in pre-construction and delivery of complex construction projects.
• Strong commercial, operational and client-facing capability.
• Oversight of complex data centre projects from initial presentation to project delivery and handover.

Responsabilidades

• Lead datacentre build projects across Spain, Sweden & Finland.
• Oversee pre-construction and delivery phases for major projects.
• Drive commercial activity, client relationships and executive communications.
• Ensure successful handover and operational readiness of delivered projects.

c. 200K + bonus + executive package

Construction Director's & Country Manager's (one for each jurisdiction) required to lead major datacentre new build projects across Spain, Sweden & Finland.
