Nômade Temple Madrid is seeking a part-time Retail Attendant to welcome customers and support daily retail operations in a vibrant, creative space in central Madrid.

You'll deliver exceptional service, maintain product knowledge, handle transactions, and contribute to a visually appealing, organized store while collaborating with a friendly team. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
• Valid EU work permit.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist customers, creating a warm and personalized shopping experience
• Support daily retail operations, ensuring the space is organized and visually appealing
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide and advise customers effectively
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist with stock control, replenishment, and inventory organization
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained
• Support the team in achieving sales goals and store targets
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care

Your role

As a Retail Attendant, you will be an essential part of the guest journey, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment while supporting the daily operations of the retail space. You will represent the Nômade spirit through attentive service, product knowledge, and genuine connection with our community.

This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and creative environment within Nômade Temple Madrid.
