Fluency in Spanish and English is required; prior hospitality experience is a plus, and a valid EU/Spain work permit is necessary. Join a dynamic team in a creative, people-oriented environment.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid EU / Spain work permit is required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Good physical condition to handle luggage and daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests on arrival with a warm, professional attitude.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in/check-out.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Support Front Office in daily operations.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Keep lobby and entrance areas clean and organized.
• Arrange transportation and valet services as needed.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Assist with VIP arrivals and special requests with attention to detail.
• Deliver a high level of service at all times.

Your role

As a Bellboy, you will be one of the first and last impressions of the guest experience. You will warmly welcome guests, assist with their luggage, and support smooth arrivals and departures while delivering a friendly and attentive service.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests on arrival with a warm and professional attitude
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel facilities
• Support the Front Office team in daily operations
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
• Ensure lobby and entrance areas are clean and organized
• Assist with transportation arrangements and valet service
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions
• Support VIP arrivals and special requests with attention to detail
• Deliver a high level of service at all times
