Nômade Temple Madrid is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our vibrant bar team in the heart of Madrid. You will craft cocktails and deliver memorable guest experiences through energy and precision.

Fluent English is required, Spanish is a plus. You should have prior bartending or similar experience, strong communication, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages according to company standards
• Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable interactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Ensure consistency in drink preparation and presentation
• Recommend beverages and provide product knowledge to guests
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control procedures
• Follow hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Collaborate with the bar and F&B teams to ensure smooth operations
• Contribute to the atmosphere and guest experience through professionalism and creativity

Your role

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks and delivering memorable guest experiences through outstanding service, creativity, and attention to detail. Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bartender or similar role
• Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage service
• Understanding of bar operations and service standards
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
• Valid work permit for the EU / Spain
