Playson, a leading online gaming supplier, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for night shifts in its Integration Department. You will provide full customer support for partner integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation across systems.
The role requires English proficiency and familiarity with monitoring tools (Elastic, Dynatrace, Grafana). API knowledge and SDLC understanding are essential; remote work is available and a competitive EUR salary with bonuses is offered.
Qualifications
- Ready for night shifts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Elastic, Dynatrace, Grafana).
- Proactive, client-focused attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication in English (Upper-Intermediate).
- Eagerness to learn quickly and grow technically.
- Working knowledge of XML and JSON.
- Basic experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of API protocols (REST).
- Awareness of the SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse issues; find appropriate solutions.
- Integration protocol testing.
- Second-level customer support.
- Delivering excellent customer service with 5 shifts a week.
