Amazon Road Transport Spain, S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking a Logistics Scheduler to manage an ultra-fast, EU-wide delivery network within the Quick Commerce initiative. The role focuses on planning, forecasting, and coordinating routes across stores to ensure seamless operations for tens of thousands of packages.

The position offers a fixed night-shift schedule with rotating rest days and requires analytical work, data handling, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the EU.

Formación

• Experience in analytical tasks or projects, working with data.
• Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Execute daily same day or next day forecasts.
• Plan delivery routes or monitor the volume flow, affecting tens of thousands of packages at EU level.
• Accountability for planning accuracy, cost and customer experience, and developing standard work for the network.
• Ensure targets and service deadlines are met, according to regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with various departments to facilitate information flow and resolve issues.
• Conduct research into process improvement and make real-time strategic decisions.
• Maintain and report up-to-date statistics, management reports and analyses.
