ROBINSON Club GmbH is seeking a Night Auditor (m/f/d) to join our front office team at one of our club resorts. You will greet guests, coordinate arrivals and departures, handle check-ins and check-outs, and provide friendly service during the night shift.

Your calm, approachable manner helps guests feel welcome any time. You should be flexible to live and work at a ROBINSON club for at least six consecutive months, and have knowledge of a hotel reservation system, ideally Opera.

Formación

• Experience delivering high quality service at night.
• Ability to handle guest interactions calmly during night shifts.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (Opera preferred).
• Willingness to live and work in a ROBINSON club for at least six months.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate guest arrivals and departures during night hours.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes at the front office.
• Serve as first point of contact for guests and handle inquiries.
• Collaborate with travel agencies and other club departments to ensure smooth operations.
