ROBINSON ESQUINZO PLAYA in Morro Jable seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the reception area and manage quality across guest arrivals and departures. You will organize the team, motivate staff, and present the brand as the welcoming face both behind the scenes and at the front of house.

The role requires experience at a first-class hotel reception and strong people-management skills; Opera system experience is desirable to maintain seamless operations.

Formación

• Experience working at reception in a first-class hotel establishment.
• Experience in managing people.
• Knowledge in using the Opera system is preferable.
