Roche in Spain is seeking a Field Application Specialist (d/f/m) to support customers of Roche Sequencing Solutions, providing expert application assistance for assays and reagents. You will be the direct contact for inquiries from field staff and customers in hospitals, research and private labs.

As part of a skilled service team, you will help roll out the SBX platform, deliver trainings, troubleshoot onsite, and collaborate with sales and marketing.

Formación

• Resilient and tenacious, able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish and English proficiency for international collaboration.
• Willingness to travel across Europe; Madrid or Barcelona preferred.
• PhD and natural sciences background preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide application support for Roche Sequencing Products and Assays.
• Installations support and customer training with the Service team.
• Troubleshoot onsite to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Co-create and conduct customer application trainings.
• Assist local sales and marketing with technical expertise.
• Work with liquid handlers and their vendors.
• Monitor service processes and overall product quality.
• Attend internal and external events (remote or in person).
