Roche recrute un(e) Field Application Specialist pour soutenir les clients dans le portefeuille Roche Sequencing Solutions. Vous serez le contact direct pour les demandes d'application des équipes sur le terrain et des clients en hôpitaux, laboratoires de recherche et privés.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de service hautement qualifiée et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements pour assurer un support client d'exception et le déploiement de la nouvelle plateforme SBX,

Formación

• 3 années d’expérience professionnelle dans une institution de recherche ou de service, connaissance approfondie des technologies NGS.
• Expérience dans l’établissement de workflows NGS sur des systèmes de manipulation de liquides.
• Bonne connaissance du marché IVD et du milieu des sciences en génomique et oncologie.

Responsabilidades

• Support applicatif pour tous les produits et essais Roche Sequencing.
• Support d’installation et formation client pour les systèmes Roche Sequencing avec l’équipe Service.
• Dépannage sur site pour répondre aux questions et résoudre les problèmes.
• Co-créer et mener des formations applicatives client.
• Aide les équipes commerciales et marketing locales avec votre expertise.
• Travailler avec les systèmes de manipulation de liquides et leurs fournisseurs.
• Surveiller les processus de service et la qualité produit/système.
• Participer à des réunions internes et externes (à distance et en personne).

La position

Are you ready to be at the forefront of our diagnostic solutions? As aField ApplicationSpecialist (d/f/m)you will be responsible for supportingcustomers of all the assays andreagents from theRoche Sequencing Solutionsproduct portfolio. You will be the directcontact for application-related inquiries from our field staff andour customers in hospitals,research and private laboratories.
You will become part of a highly qualified service team and will be working closely with thewider team and all other areas of Roche to provide excellent support for our customers.
Together, we manage the rollout and support of our new SBX platform, supporting each otherthrough peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. In our team, personal responsibility and a passionfor technical precision in the field of genomics are what truly count.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Application support for all Roche Sequencing Products and Assays
• Installation support and customer training for Roche Sequencing Systems together with the Service team
• Troubleshooting onsite to answer inquiries and resolve problems
• Co-creating and conducting customer application trainings
• Assisting the local sales and marketing organizations with your expertise
• Working with liquid handlers and their respected vendors
• Monitoring the service processes and overall product/system quality
• Attending internal meetings and events (remotely and in person) as well as external events (seminars, conferences etc)

Who You Are

• You should be resilient, and tenacious. You strive under pressure, working effectively as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities andmultiple deadlines. With strong analytical skills, you are at ease working with technical,scientific and numeric information.
• You will focus on Spain territory, but are also ready to travel to other European countries onoccasion. Due to regional deployment planning and travel times, you should ideally live inclose proximity to an international airport, preferably Madrid or Barcelona. Furthermore, you hold a valid driver's license and have a high willingness to travel to support our customers inother European countries.
• You have successfully completed your studies in the natural sciences (e.g.biology, chemistry, medicine) and ideally obtained a PhD
• Experience: Ideally 3 years of professional experience in a research or service institution where you have acquired in-depth knowledge of NGS technologies.
• Experience in establishing NGS workflows on different liquid handling systems andhaving basic understanding of bioinformatics is a plus
• Good knowledge of the IVD market as well as in-depth scientific knowledge ingenomics, oncology and the product and market environment
• Capacity to analyze problems and presenting an adequate solution
• Project management experience
• You communicate fluently in Spanish and have very good English skills for workingwithin an interdisciplinary, international team of experts.
