GeneMind is seeking a Field Service Engineer to own on-site and remote service delivery for high-precision sequencing instruments. You will install, commission, troubleshoot hardware, and deliver technical training while ensuring instrument uptime and customer satisfaction.

Required: a bachelor’s degree in Automation/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field, 3+ years in hardware maintenance for life science equipment, and strong English; willingness to travel domestically and

Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
3+ years in hardware maintenance for medical devices or life science equipment.
Excellent verbal and written English; willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

Prepare installation materials and checklists for on-site commissioning.
Provide on-site and remote hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
Design and deliver technical training for distributor engineers and customer staff.
Maintain detailed service records and collaborate with sales, R&D, and applications teams.
