GeneMind is seeking a Field Service Engineer to lead on-site and remote service delivery for our high-precision sequencing instruments. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will install, commission, troubleshoot, and train end users, ensuring maximum instrument uptime and customer satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on hardware experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support global customers.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
• 3+ years of hands-on hardware maintenance experience in medical devices or life science equipment.
• Excellent verbal communication and clear, compliant documentation skills.
• Fluent English preferred to support global customers; willing to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Install, commission, and provide preventive maintenance for high-precision sequencing instruments.
• Troubleshoot hardware faults and perform repairs on-site and remotely.
• Deliver structured technical training to distributor engineers and customer staff.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports in line with quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, applications, and R&D to improve product reliability.

Conocimientos

3+ years hardware maintenance

Excellent verbal communication

Good oral English

Willing to travel internationally

Educación
