Job summary

Gurit in Falces, Navarra, Spain, seeks an NPI Customer & Field Engineer to lead introductions of core kit solutions at wind turbine manufacturers. You will be the technical face on customer sites, bridging gaps between customers, operations, and design teams.

This role blends hands-on manufacturing, 3D CAD work, and field support across Europe. You will travel regularly, solve real-world problems, and ensure designs fit, function, and deliver value in real manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong engineering background with practical problem-solving skills.
• Experience using SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work hands-on in customer facilities.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Are you equally comfortable standing in front of a customer, solving problems on a manufacturing floor, and working through a complex 3D CAD design back in the office?

We're looking for an NPI Customer & Field Engineer to become the technical face of Gurit during the introduction of new core kit solutions at leading wind turbine manufacturers.

This is not only a desk-based engineering role. You'll travel regularly across Europe and beyond, working directly with customers, our operations teams, and be part of the kit design team to ensure our solutions fit, function, and deliver value in real manufacturing environments.

What you'll do:

• Use 3D CAD and technical tools to understand, review, and improve core kit designs
• Drive practical, cost-effective solutions that work for both the customer and Gurit

• Support project delivery from concept through implementation

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
• Strong engineering background with excellent practical problem-solving skills
• Experience using SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD tools
• Comfortable working directly with customers and manufacturing teams
• Willingness to travel extensively and work hands-on in customer facilities
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently
• Self-driven, agile, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments
• Fluent in Spanish and English
