Descripción de la vacante

Lognext busca un Ingeniero de Seguridad Operativa para unirse a su equipo y trabajar para un líder multinacional en ciberseguridad. Este rol implica analizar riesgos, revisar políticas, y producir dashboards operativos de seguridad para apoyar la protección de la infraestructura de TI.

Se valorará experiencia en automatización de flujos de aprobación, diseño de dashboards y mantenimiento de marcos de seguridad, con un enfoque en entornos híbridos y un contrato estable.

Formación

• Conocimientos amplios de amenazas de seguridad IT, vectores de riesgo y soluciones de seguridad.
• Comprensión sólida de redes, IP, protocolos y segmentación de red.
• Experiencia con tecnologías de filtrado de firewalls (Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto).
• Conocimiento de Web Application Firewall, especialmente F5 ASM.
• Conocimiento de filtrado de correo entrante/saliente mediante gateways SMTP.
• Comprensión de filtrado web y descargas en endpoints.
• Conocimiento de modelos de nube (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).
• Conocimiento general de seguridad de aplicaciones, entornos y estaciones de trabajo.
• Habilidades analíticas y capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma con múltiples interesados.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar análisis de riesgos en nombre del CISO antes de aplicar excepciones de seguridad.
• Escalar alertas ante solicitudes no conformes o situaciones de seguridad.
• Revisar políticas de seguridad para alinear a Seguridad Cibernética, IT Production y otros interesados.
• Mantener marcos de seguridad, estándares y documentación operativa.
• Producir y publicar dashboards e indicadores operativos de seguridad.
• Traducir políticas de ciberseguridad a procedimientos operativos para equipos de IT Production.
• Impulsar la mejora continua de procesos de aprobación y gestión de excepciones.
• Promover soluciones de automatización para aprobaciones de seguridad y gestión de excepciones.
• Proporcionar asesoría técnica en filtrado de firewall, WAF, seguridad de correo y filtrado web en endpoints.
• Diseñar y publicar dashboards de seguridad y mantener marcos y documentación operativa.

We are looking for an Operational Security Engineer to join our team for a multinational leader in the cybersecurity sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform risk analyses on behalf of the CISO before security exceptions are implemented.
• Escalate and raise alerts regarding non-compliant requests or security situations.
• Review security policies and ensure alignment among Cyber Security, IT Production and other stakeholders.
• Maintain security frameworks, standards and operational reference documentation.
• Produce and publish security dashboards and operational indicators.
• Translate Cyber Security policies into operational procedures for IT Production teams.
• Drive the continuous improvement of approval and exception-management processes.
• Promote automation solutions for security approvals and exception management.
• Provide technical advisory across firewall filtering, WAF, email security and endpoint web-filtering technologies.

Skills

Essential

• Strong overall knowledge of IT security threats, risk vectors, insecure protocols, administration principles and security solutions.
• Solid understanding of networking principles, including IP, protocols and network segmentation.
• Experience with firewall filtering technologies such as Fortinet, Check Point and Palo Alto.
• Knowledge of Web Application Firewall technologies, particularly F5 ASM.
• Knowledge of incoming and outgoing email filtering through SMTP gateways.
• Understanding of web-browsing and download filtering on end-user endpoints.
• Good understanding of cloud service models, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.
• Broad IT knowledge covering application security, technology environments and workstations.
• Strong analytical skills, sound judgement and the ability to work autonomously with multiple stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience automating security approval workflows and exception-management processes.
• Experience designing and publishing security dashboards.
• Experience maintaining security frameworks, standards and operational documentation.
