ICN2 in Bellaterra (Barcelona) seeks a Group Assistant for the Nanomedicine Lab to support leadership and the daily running of the group. The role focuses on administrative coordination and project support within a dynamic research environment.

You will manage calendars, organize meetings and travel, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, track lab activities and publications, assist with PhD enrolments, and help maintain the lab website and social channels while handling sensitive

Formación

• BSc in Science and/or Administration.
• Good understanding of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point), social media and web platforms (WordPress).
• Experience supporting senior management in a research centre or similar environment.
• Experience in research centres valued.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance to the Group Leader and researchers to facilitate and ensure smooth operational capacity at the administration level.
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet evolving needs of the research group.
• Daily assistance to the Group Leader and NM Lab members.
• Manage Group Leader calendars and NM Lab calendars; schedule meetings and follow up actions.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee/track NM Lab activities, publications, and website updates.
• Assist with accessing scientific facilities and PhD enrolments.
• Support in vacancies/post preparation and collection of documents for open access.
