Moco Museum in Barcelona is seeking a proactive Museum Host to welcome visitors, provide information on exhibitions and services, and ensure a memorable guest experience. You will handle tickets, assist with audio tours, and help maintain a safe, clean environment across the venue.

Fluency in English is required, and the role demands a team player with strong communication skills. The museum operates year-round with a dynamic schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Formación

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Eligible to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome visitors and provide information about exhibitions, displays and services.
• Act as first point of contact for museum visitors inquiries.
• Sell/scan tickets and promote audio-tour services.
• Monitor gallery areas to ensure protection of artworks and maintain cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer experience and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and special events.
