Zurich Insurance Group in Barcelona hosts ServiZurich, inviting an enthusiastic intern to join our Wording Operations team. You will support wording initiatives, document management, and project delivery in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

You will work part-time up to 30 hours weekly for at least six months while developing skills in insurance underwriting, policy wordings, and multinational program requirements, with opportunities for training and professional growth.

• Active student status with a Spanish university is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Support wording operations and project delivery activities.
• Assist with repository management, SharePoint sites, and process documentation.
• Contribute to DocProd initiatives including template reviews and data gathering.
• Gain exposure to underwriting and policy wordings in multinational programs.
• Support business transformation and process improvement projects.
• Bring fresh ideas and collaborate with the team.

What can you expect?

• Collaborate with Wording Operations teams, Technical Underwriters, and key stakeholders to support wording initiatives, coordinate meetings, track actions, and assist with project delivery.
• Develop organisational and analytical skills by supporting the management of wording repositories, SharePoint sites, process documentation, and project materials.
• Contribute to DocProd (Document Production) initiatives by assisting with template reviews, data gathering, testing activities, issue tracking, and documentation to support successful implementation and continuous improvement.
• Gain exposure to insurance underwriting and policy wordings, working closely with experienced professionals to understand the lifecycle of policy documentation and multinational programme requirements.
• Support business transformation and process improvement projects, helping to streamline workflows, enhance data quality, and improve operational efficiency across Wording Operations and DocProd processes.
• Bring fresh ideas and make a meaningful impact in a collaborative team environment that values innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
