Job summary

Viking Sverige AB invites applications for a customer service consultant to support the Baltic region from Spain. You will handle incoming calls from customers in need of roadside assistance and assist partners in the insurance and automotive sectors.

The role requires fluency in Estonian, Russian and English, plus proficiency in a Nordic language; English written and spoken are essential. On-site in Spain (Torrevieja or Fuengirola) with full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and communication.
• Good IT skills and comfortable using multiple systems.
• Fluent Estonian, both written and spoken.
• Fluent Russian, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or Finnish).
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• A clean criminal record is a prerequisite.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers needing roadside assistance.
• Support customers and partners across multiple locations in a fast-paced, international team.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in several languages throughout the day.
