Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and respond to phone inquiries from customers needing roadside assistance.
• Assist partners in the insurance and automotive industry with questions related to roadside assistance.
• Work independently or as part of a larger team using multiple systems to resolve issues.
• Provide excellent service to customers in vulnerable situations.
