The ideal candidate will recruit doctors, follow up on their participation, and invite them to market research studies. Strong communication by telephone and email, along with keen attention to detail and organizational skills, are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• French native speaker is required.
• Good English for trainings, meetings, and internal communications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent and professional communication skills (telephone and email).
• Analytical skills.
• Experience working for multinational corporations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit doctors and follow-up on their participation.
• Call doctors to invite them to market research studies and join our panel of healthcare professionals.
• Initiate follow-up calls with panelists to achieve maximum participation rate.
• Ensure expected participation rates amongst your assigned pool of doctors by using different communication channels and arguments.
• Documentation, mailings, troubleshooting and translations of text passages as needed.
